you obviously don't know how to read and are just relying on the regurgitated crap that is being posted by non-holders, everything is in the announcement. I don't blame the NDRC for asking for an extension, wouldn't you want to make sure you understood every shred of information before approving a $6+ BILLION LOAN. Mate this isn't a loan for a VH commodore.
