    JH and DH have decided to drill again. It is pointless speaking to them. Of course they will say the risk is low.

    Askin has judged differently. As a result, he has decided to go for 3D hoping he will find some elephants (100mbbls). Another well giving 400boe is not going to interest the multinationals, five elephants will.

    Then you need to ask, "why is JH not willing to find the elephants but looking for mice instead?"
