So you agree that other professionals considered a second well to be low risk, but you yourself rate it "extremely high risk".
Can I ask, do you have any credentials or information to base this off? Because I find the arguments provided by those who have been hired because of their education and experience, and who have all the available information at their fingertips are much stronger than "someone on a forum".
