wasnt hard to see this coming.....i think one of my earlier posts mentioned this possible out come and even the, the content "one month delay to dot the i's and x the t's"
Understand process is complex but NDRC would have had all this information for some time. Just cant see why they need extra day or month. The metrics are known, the resource is proven and even better than before.....Its just too easy to keep on extending, extending, What are they waiting for? the second comming to annoint them as the chosen ones..

Anyway just frustrated like everyone else...share price floor under pressure now.
