If there is an Announcement of a Big Contract, on Market Open on the NAS next week, that might change things somewhat.

If UNS had to raise the cash for a new line, and announce it to the market, before say, the S-A deal was signed off on, it would change the dynamics significantly.

Just my VB inspired ramblings.
