I tend to agree with Pat ,
As Tony has posted two weeks ago :

"This transaction has 43 separate legal documents and is hugely time consuming for a lot of people from all sides."

"Timeone (and SS&T) certainly are not showing signs of getting cold feet. We have been working with them day and night for quite a few weeks now to finalise the purchase of Cockatoo and the subsequent on-sale of 50% to them."

Is it possible Tony just needs a few more days to complete all 43 documents ?.
