as you say the second well should have been drilled and if not for the mechanical failure of the last well im fairly sure it would have happened but the question is what dose ctp have to do to capitalise on the latest developments.
wet seasons come and go and as time keeps rolling on ctp will still be in this position so i for one expect a fairly positive ann in the near future about drilling a new hole and maybe free carried.
