Anyone know if international commodoties is affiliated with liongold? would be good to know what there view of the takeover is seeing as they hold 25% of stock.
i personally am thinking there is no reason to accwpt the offer. castlemaine is grossly undervalued while lion is overvalued . seems a silly transaction to accept as a cgt shareholder!
obviously the cgt management needs to be sacked after the offer falls though. how dare they suggest this offer is good value when dont own shares, and most sh hold at a substancial cap loss!!!
they just looking to line their own pockets.
