Nice info but pls pardon my ignorance, can u give us an example or
Iinks regarding Chinese take overs in the past with private enterprises involement "requiring" a big major steel maker to be in a jv with a "private" company. I ask because I've never seen it before, having said this, this is my first sok with any Chinese involment.

Other than that Im more than happy to hold for a positive out come in the near future.
