The directors of this company have proven many a time that they should not be in charge on the country roadside toilet.

They sold of 60% of what they themselves said was a company making business for $3.5m.

They continue to rake in their fees without adding any value for shareholders.

So what have we got, if what we had before this deal was worth 2 cents per share then 40% of that should not have the shares ar .008 and that is without this deal adding value, so the deal was wrong, the due diligent was not carried out properly, assumptions incorrect.

All IMO but do the sums and see where you get
