I am not trying to suggest that EOFY was the ONLY factor. There are a few, I'm sure.

CP has not been buying since the CR was issued. It was not CP buying that push up the SP before the meeting. We know this because his 4.8% would have become 5%, or the 5% of his notice group would have hit 6%. Since we recieved no notice of a change in substantial holding we know he didn't buy.

So if it was others buying one week before the meeting that pushed us up from 9.2 to 12.5 in one week, surely the same people selling could push us down from 12.5 to 9.3. Look at that, the numbers almost match!

Rather than considering the drop from 12.5 to be the aberration, perhaps you should consider the rise the week before to be the unusual event.

I'm sure that CP won't buy or sell till after the 19th. If he needs to he can always call another EGM, even if he has to top up to 5% himself to do that. Why would he buy on the market when the court case might hand him 130Mln.
