Have no problem with that and thank you for the lesson. I have made my position very clear. I own my own dwelling outright and am perfectly poised to take advantage of any price drop or flatlining. All the stars are yet again lining up as I have seen repeatedly in my life. I have divested over the last 5 yrs or so after entering way before the pack did. If I takes 1-10 yrs to re enter it all depends at the opportunity that arises.
You see If I get a house offered to me at 30 percent below its value because the seller wants to seize an equally good opportunity in a location he desires. All this can happen for a host of reasons without the market tanking. This happened to me before and allowed me to make huge profits albeit taking 10 yrs to redeem. Unlike a share price set by the market opportunities always exist that are assessed on their own merits and I will not wait for an arbitrary graph that can not map individual values , house type, location within suburb etc to make my decision. To state that is what you will do tells me you don't really get it.
