Lapdog, to improve/fix our governing structure and constitution would be so complex that it would almost appear to be an impossibility to achieve.
It would take more than a few good men (and or women) over a long period to effect any change.
But I do agree it should be on the agenda as a long term goal.
benbradley, your conspiracy theories about the carbon tax being a socialist agenda may be incorrect. It may actually be a capitalist agenda coming from the investment banks that will make billions in the future trading of carbon credits. Its not always as it first seems.
