Actually corrupt capitalists dont mind to make massive profits from destructive socialism as long as they are close enough to the base/power structure to ensure their inclusion in whatever profitable socialist/cash-strip-mining enterprises the socialists enforce on the captive population...
Look at the profits the big-banks will get from the carbon-dioxide tax...
Also look at the funding and support of national socialist hitler in 1930' Germany by the industrialists inside and outside of Germany and the power and profit the massive companies continued to accumulate under hitler's third reich as an example...
