Tony and the PLV team will do whats best for PLV...but how that turns out is not always the best for all.

I think most here would honestly believe that Tony and the management team are genuinely trying to get good outcomes here - anything else wouldn't make sense.

At the end of the day you can frame the investment anyway you want.

People buy shares with money. That money represents the value of that investment. Not book value. Not perceived value. Not potential value.

It gets down to what you paid for your shares. 'That' is the key formula to rate success for the majority of shareholders who look for a return on investment.

Despite the protests of some here your investment share price determines if you are either in front or behind the game.

Over the course of this companies history you have paid anywhere between 15 cents to $2.50 for a share.


Someone mentioned here that Timeone might want to renegotiate terms.

Its all speculation for now, but it appears they have sytematically been renegotiating on their own terms, on their own timelines, and with their own agenda.

The result? Its clear what the result has been.

On the surface looks like they agreed to terms with PLV and.....

Then set about doing it their way...perhaps.

Of course I could be totally way off here, but as the saying goes:

"Life leaves clues"

..and we've had plenty of them in these last 18 months...and particularly in the last 6 months.

We can only hope Tony and the PLV team are well and truly in control here and able to either complete the deal or come up with alternatives that increase shareholder value.

Thats what its all about for most of us....isn't it?
