Well that takes the cake.....I fail to see what is so "sophisticated" about buying at 2.2cents when you can buy bucket loads on market for less than 2 cents. As for the "high net worth individuals" they won't be that for long if they buy stuff at 38% above market.
There will need to be something good in the wind or they will be taken for fools. Time will tell.
