I don't know enough about the drilling process but i'm guessing there is only so many times they are willing to try again to repair / function test the BOP before they pull the pin on it. At $400,000 a day (or whatever it is), that's fair enough but what i want to know is who's paying for it? Is the BOP part of COP/KAR equipment or TOL?
