We won't have to wait four weeks for sales to commence because that deadline was based on Quintiles having the staff in place to sell the product. UNLESS Quintiles is not ready to meet their end of the bargain.
If people think that the TIS approval process is a struggle - pop over to the PRR thread and see how happy they are about their application to list on the NASDAQ. Now THAT's a never ending story!
