I assume that buyers are responding to the success of the growers scheme thereby guaranteeing sbi's plantation development. This asset will rapidly appreciate as the plantation matures and drag sbi's share price up. So, now's a cheap time to get in. The directors are certainly not missing out. Interesting to see the end of financial year activity.
