    plv share price is 17c.
    the offer to the chinese is 35c.

    Why would anyone want to fork over millions when you can just buy on market at a lower price? They are just stupid?
    Makes no sence and never made any sence.

    You cant blame the Chinese for this mess.
    If the chinese saw value they would fork over the money in one go.... its that simple.
