mmk not walking away now cos it makes it too obvious that it as a sham. they will continue this charade pretending there is a real legal case until everyone gets tired.
my prediction is hearing will be further adjourned for another month. They will do this until FMS mngt call it quits.
And mngt should quit now to allow any other interested parties to make their move.
absolutely no point in going on with this any further.
If MMK are still interested they can always apply down the track, and put up unconditional TO (no SIA BS)
