For me, today was about de-risking the BM project further. 40% is A-OK. Still plenty to do on this, but with Exergen taking over management of the project, MNM can focus elsewhere (MtM, LV, GC) as has been discussed. Once JORC is out I expect they'll design the next BM drilling program, to take it to an Indicated resource. Exergen may also develop the project quicker than MNM might have.

Good that MNM keep the TLD for the economic life of the deposit, no matter what happens to the JV.
