Here is the weelky for the s&p futures continuous electronic mini contract. Last week's bar is an outside up (would be an engulfing rising candle) and that give a good probability we will be a lot higher this time next month than we are now.
Not sure what planet El Capo is on right now but it ain't the same one I'm on...
