Prices should hold up in Perth while Gorgon, Wheatstone(thank the yanks) and Roy Hill (Gina) are being constructed should get interesting later in the decade though north west is the place to be. Perth will eventually loses it's shine IMO country WA will gradually take more Punters than Butler and Mandurah.
