re: wow perrenial -- this stock is a monster Hi Perennial, nice to hear from you again & I see your MAR, ATX & HER are doing well also.

With LSG, here is the deal: I think that it's great that the gold price is doing well & that helps, but that's not the only way you can make money with LSG. What's great with this company is that it is leveraged also to the life cycle of its individual investee companies.

So, for example, if the POG stays where it is for the rest of the year - no problem, as companies such as WEZ, EAGM, GGN etc... are getting to that maturity/production stage and will be sold off for a nice premium to purchase price. LSG shareholders get rewarded through dividends.

(Not many gold companies will go up if the POG stays where it is or cools off a bit).

So, its a fundemental story as well as a POG leverage story. Maybe something like KCN or OXR, with a LOT of long term potential. Also, as not-listed investments are brought to market values upon listing, you get the re-rating that way as well. So, its a capital growth but a dividend story as well.

Finally, you have the rationalisation story in Africa - about 4-5 companies can be rationalised into one & there's HUGE potential in regard to institutional interest etc... Let's just say that a combined company would be larger & have much more potential than LHG for example. And guess who will be the majority shareholder, yep...

All this & I haven't mentioned IRN, which by itself could be larger than all this above put together! And if you think I'm kidding, just research it.

I told my mate, (who bought in on my advice @ 96c a couple of months back) that I think LSG is worth $5. I was dead serious but he thought I was full of it and just laughed. But I AM serious. (I have 41K shares now)

I'll just say this, there is one problem with LSG. There is never a free ride in life, is there? I wonder if any of you guys picked (in particular people holding LSG) what the problem is? Well its:

    MANAGEMENT FEES.

I'll post about this later, in another post (I've written far too much in this one)

It's getting close when us shareholders have to pay these fees. ($1.65 is the Benchmark) We don't pay CGT, but we have pay what I've named the "Widdup Tax". More about that in another post.

    Jebs
