timkiely, let's look at your statement here:
"And they knew 2 weeks ago it wasn't going to happen."
Really? How? For that to be true the body which is responsible for authorising the CE Mark must have communicated with them. What did they say? "We're not going to have an answer for you in 2 weeks as expected"? or maybe "We're not going to have an answer but you will have one by the end of July."
Apart from being illegal (please anyone correct me if I'm wrong about that) failing to release that sort of communication to the market would be staggeringly stupid.
I also find myself asking the question, how do you know that statement to be true? Are you aware of some inside information that the rest of us are not? Or are you just making an assumption? If so it would seem to be a dangerous one.
