So that announcement lit a small fire under the NABI SP and (allowing for inside knowledge), has pushed it up from a $1.58 close on Friday to $1.67 close yesterday.
Holders have 4 weeks to see whether Nasdaq will take it up over the $1.72 auction limit.
Interesting game. At least there is a floor on the offer. Be interesting to watch the message boards to gauge NABI holder opinion.
