Again, they didn't say "First sales will be on friday the 29th of June"

They said They expected it to be "at or about" the end of next week.

Big difference. They haven't set a deadline. Sales contracts are out of their hands if the buyer isn't playing ball, trucking company subcontracts take time, Maybe the EPT program hasn't filled the tanks due to the staged flow settings for the test. etc... Theres alot of things that impact the date. To fix a date on that kind of thing is a bit silly. So they didn't. Which means again... they haven't missed a deadline!

Oil sales will happend within the next few days and my guess up to a week. Ops never go to schedule and if you panick everytime things move to the right then you obviously haven't worked on site before. Things in this industry are very fluid. You just have to roll with the punches and adapt to schedule changes. It doesn't help anyone for people to be crying foul about a couple days slip on a deadline that didn't even exist.
