    guys refer to the 17th June release. It states that timeon and SS&T have come to commercial agreements with SS&T gaining a controlling stake in Timeone. My issue is does that still stand? If so we are truly stuffed. I'd be happy with a low ball takeover cause the alternative would not be pretty... At least we get something. But if Timeone is not tied to SS&T we are still in the game. Can anyone shed some light - Hoots, humble, Buddy, etc?
