They would never have to appear in the top 20 or 40 if they were sneaky enough to share the buys and sells among many private accounts. Probably with fake id's. Like Elena Dooyaova for eg.

Consider that someone used a 0.00000001% MMK shareholder who never managed to show her sorry form in person at a court in Rashnikovs home town area to bring down a half billion dollar takeover. Sneaky is one word to describe this. And our takeovers panel dismisses the case. Maybe they didn't want any visits from the mafia.
