With Firsova's encouragement I've been watching this unloved little puppy for a while now. It does seem odd to be trading in this range, all things considered. The problem is, for anyone with spare cash there are a lot of sillily priced stocks floating about so the choices are rediculas. I suspect PGC is just a victim of the negative sentiment to equities that has infested our market for the best part of the last financial year.
