Funny how people living in the same place can draw different conclusions.Ausbenny you are so out of touch with what you say and making comments like when projects fall over etc is pure assumption can be countered with me saying that more are in the pipeline based on the work some surveying cos have in hand. Try telling the folk looking to rent that there is no influx and even 200 per week is a lot in an already stressed city.
