andy: Thanks for the link. China will do what it wants irrespective of what the WTO says. Why in hell can't China restrict exports? They are accounting for most of the global production with only 20% or 30% (?) of global reserves. If they are interested in a sustainable resource/industry and environment, it makes only sense that they would cut back on both production and export. They have been raping their environment to sustain high export levels and know that this has to end. By the way, reduced Chinese exports are just fine with me.
