    resourced,

You sound more like a wounded bull than a solicitor.

I am not too sure what legal area you are involved in but it does not appear to be in business related areas.

Most businesses have plans they put in place and go through processes to achieve those plans.

There has never been an iron clad guarantee that certain things would happen. When you have to rely on external factors to achieve your goals you are not always in full control but you give your darndes't that you will achieve within a certain time frame and plan accordingly. If you don't achieve the milestones you put in place as you go forward then you reschedule accordingly.

Business is a fluid system and unfortunately we cannot always get to our goal on time.

A year ago I am sure that most of us were quite certain that we were going to have a big up front payment from 'Big Pharma' and that we would then move forward in leaps and bounds.

I for one did, and topped up my holding at 70 and 72 only to have it go down the gurgler. Recently I have had to sell those shares as I needed the cash (I would rather have been buying more).

The subsequent redirection of the company I believe will be much better than the original plan as we are now in full control of our objectives - but still subject to external issues.

I am quite happy to wait until the next news arrives.

Possibly I would like to vent my frustration here as well sometimes - but, in my opinion things are moving forward well.

As Dr Mercer has said the slight delay has allowed them to focus more on their launch plans and (possibly) get more key opinion leaders advised of what is coming.

    Be patient.

    Regards...............
