Nst has made a material investment in VRX, including underwritting their recent raising.
The comments in my post on the subject are entirely relevant to this forum.
For those that missed it .
I was making the point that NSTs investment via the pro rata rights and underwritting agreement should have been announced today the stock is trading on deferred settlement basis.
The other point to not is that NST must also within 3 days disclose the change in substantial holding.
I suspect that true to form, the calculation referred to in today's announcement may be ready Just in time to accompany the less popular disclosure.
