confidence is due to a number of factors ,especially the Government Pilbara statement ,combined with the timing of AGL TAKEOVER of LYP.

Government funding available in the billions to reduce carbon emissions but no disruption to energy supply.

AGL descion IMO must have been based on information that a viable technology can dry the coal and not disrupt continueios supply.

AGL / LYP would be in contact as they have a joint carbon reduction policy in place ,so awareness of ARUP DFT on COLDRY .

Add the fact that exergen is waiting on the descion for new green coal allocation ,due sometime mid next year, and is 3 to 5 years aways in the LV... what technology is available that AGL, CAN ENDORSE to recieve close to 1 billion dollars.

Energy/power is an essential service,irrespective as to what happens in EU , THE CARBON TAX and Funding from government cannot be changed within the next 5 years.

ABBOTT gets in ,greens hold the balance in the senate, by the time a double dissalution occurs ,if it does??? a 2 million ton coldry plant will have been built .

INFAMA have timed the investment in ECT perfectly,wish i had a spare 4 million would have made the same descion.
