1) Get into Australia any way you can lie, cheat, steal, refo claims, throw the papers away make up horror stories of persecution so the Aussies feel too guilty to send you back. 2) Encourage a policy of "multi-culturalism" so you can retain your separate identity. 3) Start building prayer centres, mosques etc funded with Saudi money. 4) Stare using multi-culturalism and anti-discrimination laws against the naive host country (and they must sure be naive to just let you walk in and takeover the joint). 5) Slowly gain political power by stacking political parties and the civil service. 6) Start changing the laws to favour your agenda and defeat the host.
