Another typical selfish and greedy CEO. Obviously he doesn't believe he is already being paid enough. The problem is, these CEO's hold a gun to the shareholder's heads, because, as you pointed out, if the CEO leaves, it will damage the PXS company and its shareholders, and if he remains, it is beneficial to the company and its shareholders.

It's just another clear case of greed and selfishness. I thought these guys were given a very good wage and are supposed to earn that!!! Having these bonuses to bribe them to hang around is poor form.
