Sheik It appears that you are attempting to rewrite history. Ando was never targeted by the shareholder group. They specifically suggested in all correspondance that shareholders vote to retain him as director. He chose to leave of his own volition not because of any pressure applied by the new board. This behaviour does not align with your claim that he is an Xtoll believer and that NN is a white knight that could invest to develop the molecule further. After all they did have an option which they failed to excercise.
As to a capital raising; that was always going to be required at some stage. At least this time it will be later rather than sooner thanks to teh new boards more thrifty habits vs the previous boards now public attitudes towards shareholders money.
