Like I said they acknowledged and addressed the query already.

The plant designers being no name etc etc is nonsense and a good example of downramping. They have costed the plant at $1.5Million. You can downplay it if you like but thats the costing - not $20Million as stated by you.

Once it was announced @ $1.5m - then you started claiming they must be no name etc or its a rubbish quote etc etc. Whereas I would take an engineering company's quote more seriously than an anonymous poster on HC. Santoo has said the same and he is right.
