dunno linfield, I reckon more of a combo deal.
Placement to a company/institution of some sort eg Ample Rise, + a SPP to give shareholder a chance to minimise dilution.
Or an SPP underwritten.
NG did a rights issue of options last time, can't see that this time though.
The amount to raise will depend on what their Strategy is from here. That is the BIG key point.
They need to raise less if they concentrate on ROD etc more where they only pay 50% of costs because of JV. So the Strategy decision is paramount in what and how they need to raise capital IMO
