I dont wanna post too much because it lands on deaf ears. Xtoll is dead if this merger occurs. Xtoll has huge potential and the only way forward is if someone moves onto the board that has strong relationships with a major company, like NN, to make it a reality.

This merger is just the board trying to show shareholders they are taking action, but to me it is the beginning of the end for Xtoll.

Your decisions havent worked out thus far, try and see I have a point, I don't think it is that hard.
