After much pressure admitted construction was complete however in their view completion is not until handover and precommissioning has finished which required the TOL so they can feed and test.
SO LAMP will not be complete until the TOL is issued...from the horses mouth.
Do they consider announcing the construction completion to the market to reduce uncertainty surrounding the project?
Hell no..the market can get stuffed, they will release their next announcement end of July as scheduled.
Have they covered the new conditions set by MOSTI?
Yep they have. Trouble is the AELB can't confirm they have received it.
