The closer we get to the end of July 2012, and probable access to the Kalkaroo Project funds, the less likely it is that HAV will issue the 20 million shares (that it already has shareholder approval to issue).

The 20 million shares was, IMHO, always the Hail Mary pass, in case all other avenues of funding for Portia fell in a heap.

Pity your mates at Rockland just want to wait ... it will be a long time if they are waiting (wishing and hoping) for a takeover.

Would have thought it was more beneficial for them to get the HAV share price as high as possible in the short term via focussing HAV Board/ Management on Company promotion etc.
