I am not an mnm holder but following the story.

The BM discussion is an interesting point of discussion, as there is a substantial amount of brown coal there which currently has no value for the following reasons:

1. No mining permit.

2. Not transportable.

I understand that the non transportable scenario can be over one by exergen, but the mining part is my concern.

If you can elaborate on my concern, that would be greatly appreciated.
