    Two other things I like:

    * All creditors and suppliers got paid - it sux being a supplier to a company that goes busto

    * NO LOST TIME INJURIES - this a freakin' awesome result over the time that they've been going at this - especially given the financial pressures and water ingress problems etc. - situations which can often lead management to take risks or shortcuts. Its a big credit to both Mancala , the management team and the workers on site, that they've achieved this.
