To those suggesting that I talk to head office: I shouldn't have to. This is a publicly listed company and clearly understandable information is supposed to be provided to the market by the company.

It could be as simple as saying "The terms & conditions of the MOU referred to in the 26 May 2011 announcement were unable to be satisifed. To negotiate a new agreement we had to sacrifice what was previously identified as a future revenue stream."

Instead, no explanation is offered and it is up to others to speculate.
