I forgot to mention that if by the time of the coming AGM Lynas will not be in production, NC can kiss his position good bye. And he know that too (I hope).
The buck stops at NC.
He can blame the Malaysians, the Chines or even the Martians but it will not help him. By the AGM he has to get the TOL by hook or by crook. We don't care how.
