So the story of Noah's Ark makes sense? Two animals of each kind on a boat of man aged 600yo. The animals did not eat each other?
The theme of a great flood wiping out civilisation is universal in nearly all ancient cultures so I believe there is some truth whether encrypted of not.
However to take it literally as word for word is a bit silly.
The bible was written 30 years after Jesus supposedly lived. I can't even remember what I had for breakfast last week!!
How could they write in such detail 30 years after an event?
I'm not saying he did or didn't exist, just pointing out the facts.
