santoo, people have made incorrect statements I agree, but I have no reason to believe any were malicious. Directors do pocket money from shareholders, thats who pay them, its a question of whether they deserve the payments. re liquidity, the comments I read on liquidity I believe you misread, people were talking about KAB as being iliquid in the sense that there is very litte trading of the stock, on many days there is none at all, thats makes it very difficult for people like myself who want out to sell. there is another term for trading when you have no money to pay bills, thats called being insolvent. It is clear that the ASX have suspicians about that, hence the notice. and I dare say the ASX is going to have more to say, given that KAB reply to ASX was that they would update the market re the debt facility in the current quarter, that did not happen, so expect more attention from the ASX.

re capital raising , they recently did one at 2.2 cents. why do they need to do another so soon, and how many more?
you and others claim they only need 1.5 mill to build a plant to make squillions, so why do they want 5 to 10 mill? a mining engineer said on here there is no way they can build a plant for 1.5mill, I am inclined to believe him.

lots of question need asking about KAB, why dont you help ask and answer them?
They dont even have a full time CEO, but they have 2 part time chairman and secretaries pulling wages. doesnt that seem odd?
what exactly is Malengo on the board for? he is a wealthy man, yet he hasnt seen fit to invest a single cent in KAB, even though according to you and others this is a 10 bagger plus. does that seem a bit odd?

I dont know about the declining manganese area, I recall KAB making a point of stating that the mine was near a going mine ( was that Genesis?) someone recently said they had pulled out. is that true or not? if it is true why?

I will be the first to congratulate jason brewer if he makes KAB profitable, but if that was his number one concern he would be full time in KAB and get out of CCC and OKAP, but my suspicians are Jason Brewers number one priority is Jason Brewers bank balance.
